How often do you feed your fish? Mine go to the top of tank with that "I'm starving" look everytime I pass the tank so I end up feeding them about twice a day. I think I may be overfeeding but so far I don't see any problems in my parameters or in unusual algae growth. So just wondering what you would consider a normal feeding schedule. I have a pair of maroon clowns, a melanarus wrasse, a fiji blue devil damsel, a pygmy cherub angel and a Lamarck's angel in an 80 gallon with a 20 gallon sump and 250gph skimmer.(looking to upgrade the skimmer to 500gph.) About 80-90 lbs of live rock, DSB for the wrasse, and about 1900 GPH flow. I shut down the overflow and feed them what they will eat in about 3 or 4 minutes. Then I turn the overflow back on and pull out whatever might be left, which isn't usually much.

Average --- they get 2 main feedings a day. During the course of lights on they will get "snacks" from time to time -- the snacks consist of a pinch of spectrum pellets when we pass the tanks.

However, they will go a long weekend without food, when out of town, without issue.
