Just set up a new reef tank earlier this spring, and I've been amazed at the amount of great info from the folks on this forum. About 5 months into it.

I had a salt fish only tank when I was in high school (gulp - 25 years ago!), and until recently just didn't have the right space or time to put together a reef tank. We bought a Red Sea reefer350, and it's become not just a hobby item, but a gorgeous addition to our living room. We call it our "living furniture".

We watch the fish more than we watch our TV. Now I just wish we would have gotten the reefer peninsula so we can look at the fish from both sides!

Hello,

Welcome to R2R where you will always find lovely people and more knowledge than you can imagine. I would definitely trust in those who try to help you. I have yet to see anyone off wrong advice, and the people on here will become your best friends.

We would love to see pictures of your new live furniture and of course tell us how you started it agajn etc we love that kinda stuff but we love pictures:).

Please feel free to ask me anything and I’m certain if you ask anyone else they would definitely help you out. The one advice I will give is as strange or odd or just different it may seem to take advice from one you don’t know, the people here only want you to succeed, so definitely trust them.
