Kamoer knob adjustment issue

Hi all

Picked up a kamoer fix-stp dosing pump a couple weeks back. Finally got around to setting it up but having one small issue with it. For some reason when I turn the knob to increase the dose the number Jump all over the place and at times even decrease the dosage amount. Has anyone else experienced and issue like this. Haven’t downloaded the app yet not sure if this thing needs or requires a firmware updates.

Sounds like a problem with the unit. I would just return/ exchange it. Or at least reach out to support and see what they recommend.

Unfortunately past return point. But it does seem to respond correctly if I push the knob in first which is also a button to select and then turn to make my adjustment and then let no. However that causes it to turn off for a second once I let go. But taping the button again turns it right back on. Will engage support though to see that they say.
