Hi. Just got the pump. Is there a way to change the rate of dose? I feel that it’s too fast for alkalinity dosing. Thanks!

Nope. No way to change it. I use mine for kalkwasser and it seems fine. It just needs to dose in a high flow area. Some people put small powerheads where they're dosing to help things mix.

These little X1 pumps are more bark than bite. They make a lot of noise but don't flow much volume. The speed is what it is. I wouldn't worry about it; or get a pump like origongrownreef said if you are concerned about precipitation.
