Does anyone know how to reset this pump? I've looked all over and I don't see a reset button. There are 4 little holes in the back but none are the reset button, looks like those holes are for mounting.

Pump is powered on with solid blue light. When I launch the app and hit the + to add this pump to the app through Bluetooth, app doesn't find the pump.

Are you on the Pro app? I believe there is a different app for the non-pro version.

Yeah, I did reinstall the app. It's the same app I've always used. I had the pump running fine than I took my tank down and stored the pump for couple of months. Now I'm trying to use it on another tank and can't connect. I unlinked the pump from the app thinking I'd add it again but when I search for it via Bluetooth, it does not come up.

There has to be a way to reset these pumps. I don't see anything that tells me its a reset button or a reset hole.

Hmmmm I'm wondering if you had to "unbind" it like in the manual....
Similar to how I think the Radion lights work

That's what I did. I deleted the pump from the list of available pumps on the app. Now when I go to 'Bluetooth add' screen and hit the + to add a new pump, app doesn't find the pump. Pump is turned on with solid blue Link light. At this point, all I want to do is to just reset it and start from the beginning. BUT, there is no reset option.

LOL, I was using incorrect app. There is an older version called X1 pump and newer one is Kamoer Remote. I was keep trying the X1 app. I downloaded the correct app from the barcode in their manual and all is well. Thank you all for trying to help.
