Kenya tree dying?

Could anybody diagnose this disease? im currently trying to lower my phosphates.
 
I wouldn’t worry too much about Kenya tree. It’s a lot like dandelions. Super hardy and always seems to come back. :)

Ok, this looks really bad though, I’ve never seen it shriveled up this bad before.
 
Just make sure all of your parameters are fine. I have a kenya tree in my experiment tank that has survived 69 degree temps for a week, super high salinity, no water changes for months and months, 100% 0 flow for months. They really live through anything.
 
My Kenya tree goes through that phase every so often when I change certain parameters in the tank. For instance I just started to increase Alkalinity in my tank from 6.9 to 8 and my Kenya shriveled up for several days, shedded its outer layer then was fine.
