Here are the par readings I got using apogee500 withthe 1.32 correction. I have a 6ft x2ft x2ft tank. Did several points at 50% power on 3rd blue setting. I have 3 kessil ap700s centered above the tank at 11 in off the water spaced 4in apart. Readings are from surface, mid tank, and sand bed. The "x" is where I couldn't measure due to rock work. I did notice some shading from power heads. Second picture is same placement just at 100%

I got similar results from my AP700 using an Apogee 510, and a Seneye. My light is 6" above the water on a 65g tank. I use the second blue setting and measured at 50%. The PAR values were similar to yours. I backed my intensity off from 50% to 40% and my corals seem to enjoy that more.

I have a 180 with 3 AP-700 set up pretty much exactly like yours except I have a canopy on top of my aquarium. Been trying to find out at what setting people are running these lights at.
It is about 8 months old. I am having trouble with my SPS losing color.
I am running mine at 70%. approximately 12-14 inches above the water with a 12 hr period.
How are your SPS doing?
