Kessil & apex ?

I have an apex gold system I got for Christmas and I'm wanting to hook up my two kessil a160we's to it, my question is will I need a vdm dimming module? Or can I just use a kessil to apex link cable and hook it up to what I have?

All you need it the cable from the apex to the Kessil. You are then able to control the light through apex/fusion. No need for a module.

Cable is the phone jack to 3.5 mm, about 20 bucks

I don't have apex but I do run the kessils just wanted to let you know any 3.5mm cable works for them I bought mine off amazon for 4 bux..
