Just like you said, the cat is out. Went to FB to see what you meant and here it is.

Yup. Hopefully it'll be a full release and not just an announcement of a release date months from now.

Kessil needs to get on the ball with this. Apex isn’t going anywhere and Kessils competition is numerous now with many on the same level and some surpassing them.

I'm fine with my AP700 being on it's own loop.

From the outside looking in, you would think they could build it to Neptune’s iota environment.
That’s what Neptune told me awhile back when I asked about it. I was wondering if I’d need to buy another module and they said no. Kessil got back with me as well and said they were beta testing it about a month or so ago. I was also thinking macna would be when they released it.

All of this waiting better be worth the dongle. They’ve had a year to test and get it right. I don’t want to hear anything about this thing being available in a couple of months. There are other companies in have been doing the same feature for a while already.

I'm building a 80 g cube and am thinking of going with a hybrid t5 with two kessil 360s. Part of me just wants to go with the old 360we instead of the 360x because I could just use the 1-10v line on my apex to control it. If this happens I will definitely go with the 360x instead.

That’s pretty much my setup. 2 360x and the 24” aquatic life t5 hybrid. It’s hard finding a good light for a 30x30 cube

Release is October 2019 but I haven't heard anything about the price

yeah - the video said October. Would be nice if they let early adopters of the X series and their controller to return and get a discount on the wifi...

Yeah,
The tech. is there for the AP700, but Kessil and Neptune can't find a middle ground on the terms.
The product manager for the marine side of Kessil openly laughed about the AP700 and controller support the last time he was on the Neptune livestream from whatever it was (a RAP probably). Doesn't instill much confidence, does it.
