So I'll be the first person to post something 3D printed in this forum! This is a really cool idea, where the forum gets 5% of the sale. Earlier this month, I was cleaning my skimmer and annoyed at the amount of coralline. So I made a light director for Kessil H380 refugium lights. It presses on and significantly reduces the amount of light spill. It's nothing too fancy; printed in PETG to be more temperature resistant. It takes about 9 hours to print at this layer height- I am looking for $29.99 shipped, which includes 2-day USPS priority shipping ($8). I think $2 per hour for printing is a good general rate, covering materials, wear on the printer, and then some left for profit. I am also happy to customize the height, if you need. @SneakyTortuga got one a little bit ago, check out his photos. https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/turtle-reef.406212/page-9#post-5828803 From his thread: This photo is from my first prototype, before I improved the design to be sleeker and more effective. You can see it does NOT block any ventilation holes.
