Kessil spectral x controller with a 160we ?

According to kessil, the new kessil spectral x controller is backwards compatible with older Kessil lights.
BUT , are the violet, red, green dials operational when using the older lights?

Has anyone tried the new controller with an older fixture to see if you can modify the violet , red, and green leds independently ?
