So I Finally did it!!! My build thread before I get a cyber PA-PAO from Rev !!!
Start date 2/01/18
Tank is a 100 gallon CAD
Sump is a Bashsea custom made 43” long by 20” wide 18” tall it has 4 chambers. 1st is return and refuigium, 2nd protein skimmer and reactors, 3rd is for return pump, and 4th is ATO chamber.

Lights powering Fuge section are a Kessil H80 and Zetlight E-200

Heater is a Finnex 300 watt

Vertex Omega 150 for protein skimmer

Reef Octopus Varios 6 return pump

Tunze ATO

2 Maxspect Razor 300 watts sitting 12” above the water. Running 12 hours a day with maximum light intensity is 100% blues 60% whites

2 Maxspect Gyres 230, 2 Rossmont 1200 and 1 Rossmont 1500 for flow

Gyres run at 70% on the OGC

Indeed it is, I should’ve done it when I restarted last year. I had to restart because Hurricane Irma passed by, and took my 15 year old maroon clown and everything else in the tank

Thank you @SKYHIGGh , it’s definitely a tough pill to swallow when you lose your reef and it’s inhabitants but hey we are still here and can get back on it !!! I have been meaning to update with new pictures and everything that is going on because I have made a few changes in lighting and filtration! So here’s a sneak peek I added 2 T5’s, I have removed the diy algae scrubber, and added a Brightwell block, that’s it. I will definitely do an update soon, thank you and Happy Reefing...[emoji41]

Update on my Reef, it’s been too long !!! A few changes have been made, additions of 2 T5’s one actinic and blue plus, lowered maxpect settings, took out the diy algae scrubber out(to much light spill over) and I added a Brightwell block. Tell me what y’all think???
Can someone help me to get an official build thread???

You have a couple options for a build thread...

1. Go to the forum "member tanks", click on the size category your tank is in, and start your build thread. You would have to start it from scratch.
2. Now...I believe this thread we are on now counts as a build thread. If you just want it to move over to the build thread category, just type in a new post on this thread that says hashtagmods (use a real hashtag) and ask for this thread to be moved to member tanks. Someone should be able to take care of it for you.

Aquaculture farming sounds exciting! I can't wait to hear more. I'm starting my ricordea garden when I'm certain my tank parameters can be stable -- it has only been set up for seven months, so I should be getting pretty close. I have a space reserved specifically for something similar to yours. I may bombard you with questions, when I am ready to get started.
