Is the KHG only accessible from the home's wifi? I setup the KHG last night and when I was out today, I tried to log into the KHG but could not. When I came home, it allowed me to log in right away. Also, when will the AIM be available?

You would need to setup port forwarding in your router to access it outside your network. The KHG gets a private address on your network. It's also beneficial to setup a dynamic DNS service; most routers support it.

Why did my reaction chamber flood when I got a SW ERR? No kinks in the line in or out. I opened the reaction chamber and purged it, purged fine. Did a SW de-gas and worked fine. ERR went away, now KHG is working fine now but not liking the fact that my reaction chamber flooded and spilled SW on my ATO

EDIT: Nope, got a SW ERR again! This KHG was only setup a few days ago and already giving me problems. Tried purging the chamber, purging the SW lines, checking the SS pump making sure it's working. Opened the reaction chamber to make sure the little white thing moves freely, looks like it does. SW ERR only went away the first time when I opened the reaction chamber and purged the chamber along with SW degas.

I looked in the reaction chamber and the white cylinder (looks like a float switch, is not moving freely.

I took out the agitator and repositioned it lower in the reaction chamber. I assume this let the float switch move freely and did not receive a error.

Coralvue is waiting until the monitor only version comes out before releasing it. The M version has been delayed because of getting certain molds changed/made. The orders are under production now from Dr.bridge.

SW>ERR = System water intake error
A. Please go to control menu and press “SW Tube De-Gas” and also check if the Sodium Bicarbonate
pump is functioning.
B. Please check all sections of tank water intake tube and make sure they are free of blockage.
C. Please gently open the “Reaction Chamber” and make sure the white water level sensor is freely

Above info are from your log data and please check the W.xxx which I mark in RED, these numbers are showing you how many step that "Tank Water Input Pump( Middle doser in left side) take for getting enough water for testing. Before 08/05 08:56:23 your KHG stay below W.137 and everything works well but after this the number is going to W.176, it start getting problem. that is to say your KHG set up is out of this number range. And hardly to get enough water for testing.

So please check below
1. Please checking the SW in line ( tube),
A. Any loosen connect lines in connector place. and make the tube with air inside.
B. Any dirt get into the tube and make the tube blocked.
C. Do not let this tube touch or near the bottom on the sump. it will make the tube absorb the dirt all the time.

2. Please check distance between KHG to tank
Short the distance between KHG to Tank.

3. Distance can not be shorten
Please enlarge the number " No_SW_ERR " in system setup function of KHG.

I did all of the above many times. The SW IN is less than 3 feet and no kinks, dirt or air in the tube. The SW IN line is also in an area of sump with no bubble or dirt to pull into the line. The reaction chamber filled with water just fine and purged the water fine also. SS line flows freely. The issue I found was the agitator (little white pill looking magnet), did not let the float sensor in the reactor chamber move freely. I removed the white pill and relocated it lower down the reaction chamber, this solved the SW>ERR and is now working fine. The W. in the log is now back to normal also. This KHG was only setup a couple days ago as you can see if the log dates.

Preparing to pull the trigger on one of these units and here are my final 3 questions (I hope) before I do so:

1. Says to keep Guardian in "protected container", "contact dealer for details" I'm buying from Coralvue and haven't seen a container on their web page??

2. In the manual it states the the KHG is not wifi 'capable' but that if I want it wifi capable "contact seller or authorized dealer". How do I get it wifi capable?

3. Is there a price point settle the AIM?

4. And are the new boards coming pre-installed now?

1) Nothing is currently available in the states. Coralvue will just respond with "not at this time" when asking for availability. I've asked an acrylics company how many and how much it would take to make a run of boxes for this.

2) You would need to use a wifi adapter, often called gaming adapters, bridges, etc

3) Nothing released in the states yet. Once Dr. Bridge ships the M version and they go for sale so will the AIM, so people have said.

4) Mine didn't as of early July. You might want to contact Coralvue. It was sorta a pain to get the thing and turn around and have to ship it right back....

It's amazing though, get one.

It's amazing though, get one.

I'm going to reach out to Coralvue regarding the board tomorrow and then have a buddy 3D print a container for me. My biggest concern as of now is buying a unit, having it shipped to me just to ship it back.

Here are my points below.
1. protected container is really a not standard item we can build due to each tank has it's own environment so it is really hard to offer a standard unit.
2. We do suggest users if you really need to use a adapter for wifi, below link is what we suggest. Stable, cheaper and easy to install.

3. Coralvue order 100 units of AIM already just waiting for our production completed. the shipment will be shipping around Aug. 15-20 so after the date you will have the final cost from them.
4. Yes, all KHG, no mater C version or M version, with new PCB from Aug. production lot. Even if you already bought KHG you can request Coralvue to change the new board for you. And this update is FREE you only need to pay for the delivery cost that all.

Got my unit a few days back and I've just begun to play with it as I'm waiting on some 3D printed mounts to arrive before official setup. I have encountered one issue and maybe you all can tell me if there's something I'm doing wrong. I cannot get to the Guardian web page as I get a 'to long to respond' error. When the unit fires up it says that the DCHP is ok, provides the IP address and port number. I do get an SW>ERR! as well but that's because I'm don't have the hoses run.

Will contact Coralvue if I can't get an answer here

1. please make sure you do the SW tube degas for the SW in.
2. please check all extended tube connect well
3. make sure no air in the tubes.

DHCP
please power off KHG then re-plug it, if the issue still exist please find some one has IT background to check your router. Because you need to write a static LAN IP into your router and KHG will always stay there.

Do you know what IP address range your home network uses? The khg assumes 192.168.1.x/24

If you are on 192.168.0.X or 10.something you won't initially be able to connect.

If so, do you have a computer you can hook the khg to directly?
