Guys 10 days ago I was at a steady 10.2kh but my mag was 500 so I decided I’d drop it to 8.5-9 to lower the calc
I started knocking a couple of ml of the odd day but wasn’t checking it

Only this morning I was curious to see if I was around my target and it was 11.7!

Why’s my consumption slowed so much?

I have an icp on route but anything I can look at here?

Oh yeah, yesterday I stripped down my doser system which is above my weir to check if 2 missing fish were in there ( they weren’t) then put everything back and had to fill the tubes again but none went in the tank , must be something to do with this though I guess

I’ve figured it must have been increasing .12 a day because to dump 2dkh at once would be like a lot of afr dose ? Don’t know how much exactly but if anyone can help ?

Alk can slowly rise for a few different reasons.

Are you monitoring nitrate?

Would losing few torch heads have anything to do with it?
Skimmer pulled a load out and fresh carbon and ozone should have felt with it no?

Still 11.7
Despite only 34 ml of afr , down from 46

Guess I’ll just wait for consumption to begin again
