I want to start by saying I am pleased with the customer service and professionalism I received through WaterBox. They are a great company.

After laying out all the plumbing for my 5526 Peninsula I realized something was off with the drain line. The gate valve I was sent was positioned on the side of the pipe instead of facing forward.

I thought I was doing something wrong, so I reached out to WaterBox for guidance. Turns out this is a known mistake that occurred sometime ago at their manufacturing facility and the tank I received from a third party vendor is among the last instances of this hiccup.

I sent them a picture of the valve and my receipt of purchase and they’ll have a replacement to me this coming week.

Shout out to Emily for her professionalism, promptness, and great customer service. Also, Jess for reaching out to me to make sure I was taken care of and welcoming me to the WaterBox family.
