I've heard some talk, and think there's some debate, regarding in which Knoxville club all the BBQ skills reside. Just saying, I think there might be a inter-club cook off in order.

Hmmm, I'm thinking local shelter, picnic, and judges who have dual membership. I'm thinking October, after your swap, a little cooler weather. Maybe Melton Hill.

Well, let's do this then - talk to our respective BOD's, and then the club. If it sounds good to all we'll aim for Oct 10th, and plan on splitting the shelter cost. I think that'll be about $30.00 each. Sound good?
