So After dealing with some HORRIBLE Customer service yesterday with the lid, today I dealt with some of the BEST customer service I've ever had. I sent an email after one of my moderators on my local forums told me about his die off on his KP rock, I sent an email asking if I should just wait to have it shipped till it was cooler temperatures. He emailed me back and gave me his phone number and personally called me to talk me through his whole shipping process, answer all my questions and even said he was going to take pictures of the rock before hand and then I'm going to send him pictures of the rock once I get it to compare.

That level of customer service is just unheard of in today's age. Whether the rock comes in completely dead or not, I will be ordering from him again just because of that. I was really really impressed, seems like a really cool guy. I mean I ordered his lowest amount of rock, just 10lbs and I still got a phone call directly from the owner to answer my concerns. Thats amazing. Can't wait to see the rock tomorrow!

Kara and Phillip are awesome!! KP Aquatics is great family run business. Although there are some nice liverock places to order from, I can't imagine ordering from anyone else. Their collection of Yellow Head Jawfish are superb also.
