I have a tank that needs to be painted. I am painting the back of the tank but the overflow also needs to be painted. Has anyone used a spray paint inside the tank that doesn't cause damage to any corals or anything? I've heard krylon fusion works and have heard of people possibly using it to paint frag racks.

Anyways all threads need pictures so here is the tank in question.

This is the overflow. I want to leave the outside visible and paint the inside of the tank.

This was the first coat of paint. The back is done but I'll throw a few more coats on just because.

I used it for my diy pvc overflow with no problems. Just be sure to let it cure for a few days to be sure it is set. After that it permanent and very solid and shouldn't be a problem.

yeah, Fusion is Great paint. Just make sure you sand whatevery your painting to help the paint bond and let it cure the whole 2hrs or even better a week. I rushed one time and paint just chipped right off from the snails scraping.

My pvc overflow is now becoming covered with coralline algae and is blending in nicely. The krylon has never chipped or been any problem at all.
