Kudos Aiptasia X

Had a bugger on my Candelabra Gorgonian. The polyps on that spot were closed up for the aiptasia to enjoy more space. It had to hit the aiptasia by directly also hitting the gorgonian, leaving a spot of aiptasia x on the gorgoian. One day later and the gorgonian looks like nothing happened. No aiptasia left there.

I'm really glad to hear that Aiptasia X worked for you and that you solved your issue! I have found the product to be hit and miss so I switched to F-Aiptasia by @Frank's Tanks and have been pleased with the results. I am curious how you applied the product to the gorgonian, how long you left the pumps off, and any other details that you care to add about the process.

BTW, I'd love to see a picture of your gorgonian(s)!

I dont have a pic from where I am now. However the application was directly to the aiptasia "mouth" but got all over a pea sized area due to its small size. I turned off the powerheads to apply. They stayed off for maybe 5 to 10 minutes while I attended to some GHA.
