L1 upgrade to mobius problems

Today, recived the FR module to
Upgrade my L1 vectra pump to mobius,

after install the chip, and run the app, there detect the l1 pump but when I touch to update appears a error in a few seconds…
Something missing?

Call ETM.

Make sure the chip is installed correctly ad well as seated properly.

Also a factory reset of the driver.

And lastly like @mfinn says, give their CS a call. This is the easy stuff they deal with daily.
