Also, I prefer running titanium heaters and understand that they can be problematic at high wattage in an acrylic sump.
Well, I came up with a solution for that problem!
I took pvc pipe (1.5") and used a hole saw to make Swiss cheese. I used a pair of bushings to keep the heater suspended by the rubber ends inside the pvc, so the heater doesn't contact acrylic or pvc outside the rubber ends.
