Large tank needs to be moved

Hello friends. I had a new tank delivered and looking for some help getting it moved from the garage to the basement.

Dimensions:
81"x36"x31"
about 700lbs

It needs to go down the stairs to the basement which has 2 landings on the way down. Any thoughts or suggestions?
