Foxface needs a 5-foot, 125-gallon tank as a minimum if you want to keep it for it’s full lifespan, 6-foot and longer, at least 150 gallons even better IMO. They get large. Don’t know if they eat coral or not, but from what I’ve read usually not a problem as long as they are well fed.
For your tank size, I would say your options are still somewhat limited. If you want an active fish you could put in a pygmy angel at most, TBH. That’s the Centropyge argi complex, African Flameback, or the Fisher’s.
If I had a tank your size I’d put in an Ocellaris Clownfish pair, a Yellow Watchman Goby (maybe a shrimp too), a basslet of some kind, a peaceful Hawkfish like a Flame or Long Nose, a wrasse 5” or smaller, some kind of schooling Cardinalfish and a trio of them (Pajama most common), maybe a Blenny or a Dottyback, and a pygmy angel (2.5-3”) for a fully stocked tank.
So:

x1 Yellow Watchman Goby (4”) + MAYBE a shrimp
x1 Flame Hawk (4”) / Longnose Hawk (5”)
x1 African Flameback / Atlantic Cherub / Pacific Pygmy / Brazilian Flameback / Fisher’s Angelfish (all 3”)
x3 Pajama Cardinals (3.5” each)
x1 Royal Gramma / Swissguard Basslet / Yellow Assessor / McNeill’s Assessor (3”) or Blackcap Basslet (4”)
x1 smaller wrasse except Lined Wrasses
x1 Blenny / Dottyback (Fridmani is the best) of some kind
