Sweet pack and creative name for it. If only I had $600 burning a hole in my pocket. Christmas is coming so kids gifts trump new corals.

Looks like super fresh cut wild stock? Got pics of mother colonies?
These have all been in captivity (zeovit+red sea hybrid) for quite some time, ranging from months to several years. There are pics of mother colonies in various threads in our subforum. Shoot us a PM and we can try to dig them up.

The frags are however, pretty fresh cut. We wouldn't ship them like this unless a buyer specifically requests fresh cuts :)

Healed frags that are ready to ship (these guys were healed for 2-3 weeks)

fresh cuts, yeah probably, but will be healed before shipping. Many vendors take pics of cuts before they are fully healed, but wait for the pieces to heal before shipping.

wild stock?! doubtful!! TCK isnt one of "those" types of shops and has quite a great reputation.

Heck, if I was in stick mode, id be all over some TCK pieces. some of the best around!

I have most of the TCK sticks. Definitively no sign of fresh cut or wild stock. Purchase with great confidence.

Frags have to start some where fresh right!!!
All corals from TCK are in QT for 2 months before they go into ZEO for another two months.
I had about 7 packs from them over the last two years and all are still doing great, most are nice size colonies as we speak.
Last Friday I had my Trick or Treat pack and I'm still stunned on the size and color.
Here are some colony shots they send me a few months ago.

My inferno is red though.
I'll post a pic tomorrow.
My Pikachu isn't as much yellow, the tips are yellow and going light purple down.
I have two colonies, one up high 600 par and one half way on 375 par which is looking a bit darker yellow.
When I was running ZEO it was more yellow, same as in the last picture on post #9.

This is a picture TCK sent to me a while ago. A very typical Zeovit or ULNS color picture. As you can see the green and yellow color in the same picture.

Hi Gang, First just want to say I was a little out of line on my post, I need to clear it up a bit!

this pack posted can very well look like the picture up top I was just talking about my Inferno purchase
and how the for sale post was more intense red and the frag rack picture Ben posted with the large piece
in the middle being my Inferno colony I purchased and it indeed looks like that picture in a brown state.

Their are many other frags on that rack pictured that look very nice and more than likely accurate on the color
because my Inferno looks just like the picture, the 6th picture down!

Dan offered to refund my money if it does not color up so I appreciate that customer service, But I am up for a challenge!

Regards
Tom

Tom, Glad you're up for a challenge.
You know as we all know that sometimes we can't explain why a frag won't color up as other frags do so easily.
I come to think that's why this hobby is a challenge to me to get the best out of it and I'll never be disappointed if it won't happen, I just move to the next coral in my case.
As many times I explain when ppl pick up corals at my place that my system isn't their system and for that the coral can have some color change.
