Latest firmware update issues

I have a doser2.0 and a KH director they are setup up separately. My mistake I did the update without backing things up and of course everything was wiped. I started resetting up the doser but I have been unable to connect with WiFi, can only connect using a laptop and usb. I have a ticket in but no response. Hoping someone has some suggestions. I am a apple person and use a iPad for everything, but since the update can only connect using usb and a pc.

For what it is worth I have started to get things back on-line. I know they state it during the firmware process but it is important to back up your settings before hand on else you will be starting over. I had done a number of updates without backing up my settings, but this last one got me.
