Latest FW update

I’m attempting to update my FW for the ProfiLux and of course I’m running into problems. Computers aren’t my specialty.

I updated the control center and I’m trying to perform the update. I’m in bootloader mode and made it to the point which I need to look up the COM number but apparently the driver didn’t update (?). I’m not seeing COM/LPT in device manager.

The instructions to update the driver manually aren’t really instructions and leaves out how to successfully perform that task for someone like me…we’re not all computer programmers.

Can anyone get me past this?
