Lawnmower blenny help

I got this little fella a week ago and hes been tearing up my HA. But today i looked at him and his stomach is huge like its gonna burst. But he keeps eating. Is he okay?

They are pigs and will eat everything. Mine has a big belly all the time, lol

All blenny's eat like pigs, their bellies will be all blowed up. Nothing to worry about.
