Hello.

2 days ago I woke up to my Midas Blenny being lethargic at the bottom of the aquarium, since he wasn't reacting much I decided to move him to my QT, he didn't react for me reaching to him at all, he also doesn't eat. I've had him for about 2 month he was eating well up until that and I treat every fish in my QT before moving to my DT with hydroxychloroquine and PraziPro. All my other fish and corals are fine. #fishmedic

For some reason in this video he decided to swim a little, but he has been very quiet and lethargic.

Can someone please help me with that? I love him so much I don't want to lose him ):

Edit: I haven't seen any feces on the QT, today is the 3rd day.

I do not favor hydroxychloroquine especially with a fish like this and did you mix it with Prazi?
In addition, fish is a little thin and edema may have taken its place in which it feeds off its liver (only a possibility)

Welcome to Reef2Reef!

My trouble is, the symptoms the fish is showing don’t clearly line up with any of the typical diseases.

All the other fish in your DT are acting normally?

No I didn't mix, first hydroxychlorquine removed with AF charcoal and then Prazi. He is the fish that most ate at my DT, he suddenly stopped eating and started acting lethargic. I finished his quarentine almost 2 months ago. But added some new fish since then, all following the same quarentine routine, all the other fish are doing good.

Just to make it clear right now I have no medication on the quarentine. I just put him there to be safe and to try and help him recover.

Thanks!

All the other fish are normal, active and eating.
