I have been using Aquaforest products, including test kits for quite some time and up till now had no complaints.
Recently ordered Ca and dKH test kits through BRS and Ca test arrived damaged with reagent leaking from on of the bottles (possibly B-Ca), spilling all over referance tables and rendering kit useless. Both External and internal packages were intact, indicating rather manufacturing problem than shipment. BRS sent me replacement , but again got damaged, leaking kit. Anybody had similar issue with this brand?
For now I am switching to a different manufacturer.

That reminds me of some defective Starbucks lids that have caused me to bathe in coffee a few times prior until they got the issue resolved.
