I always had good luck with Chrysiptera hemicyanea damsels in my reef tanks. I had 3 in my last 120gallon display and each one would hang out in its own little territory. I never had any issues with them bothering other fish and they added a great splash of color to the reef.

agree with alexG...they've been sold to me as "village bells"... they don't grow to big either

Chrysiptera parasema, the yellow tail, bold but not a bully.
