Always been a fan of the ecotech radions. If you get gen 1 I would supplement with t5. Gen 2 or 3 and you are good to go. But supplementing always helps

Thing about radions is that they don't look bright, so you turn them up bright enough to be pretty and fry all your corals. Plus they're way overpriced, the only thing they have that other LED fixtures don't is great control.

I ran radions over my 180 for 2 years and never had a problem thinking they looked dim. The only leds I think of that have that problem are kessils.

I always thought people buy them because they have the ecotech name, like why people by iphones. Why do you like them? Anything you think is particularly good about them?

I had very good success growing sps with them with great color. And growth rate was very good too. The features are nice but honestly I hardly used any of them other than them wirelessly linking and that made them so easy to program. And they look very clean compared to other fixtures.
