Hello
I need a led light for my JBJ rimless 30 gallon. It needs to be one that clamps on the back of the tank.. i cant hang from the ceiling and i really dont wanna have to mount hanging brackets on the back of the stand since the tank is already full of water and pushed up against the wall

I have been looking at the kessil A350 but kinda wanted something a little more controllable but havnt been able to find much else with a clamp on tank type mounting bracket

Are there any other options?

Ive also seen the JBJ led light but thought the kessil would be a better light then that, correct me if im wrong..

Needs to be something that could grow pretty much any type of coral also

Thanks
Beth

well the Kessil A360 is controllable from a controller like reefkeeper or apex. Plus kessil just announced the handheld controller they are coming out with soon.

dont get to caught up in controlling the light.
I had a Radion Gen3 and it was nice having the whole sunrise and sunset and everything. BUT My SPS was doing great under my t5 i switched from and as soon as I put on the radion they all turned to crap. Lost color more brown. I changed it out for 2 Kessil a350w and already within 1 week all my sps is already showing its coloring back up. So all that control in the radion in my eyes didnt make it a better light. Plus the color I was able to get out of the Kessil is a nicer color then anything I could make with the radion.
I just have them on a time and so far they have been sooo much better then the fully controllable radion.

yeah. im not too concerned about it being comtrollable i was just trying to get best light for the money and i can get the razor cheaper then i could get the kessil plus the gooseneck since it comes seperate.
bit if u think kessil would be a better light then the razor i may go kessil

i have never used or seen a razor I am just going by the lights I have had the Kessil A350w are the best so far as far as perfect color blending as you will never see color separation on the sand, shimmer is no contest to anything else. And I was amazed that with just 2 ch control I was able to dial in a nicer looking light that had more pop then the full color control of the radion.

I will also say I was dead set on selling my Radion Gen3 and just going back to T5
I had a pair of Kessil A150 ocean blues over my last tank few years ago and loved them. So i decided to try the 350w this time and I am so happy I went that direction. They are just working so well and look so good. I think they look like your running MH on the tank and if someone couldnt see the light fixture would never know it was an LED over the tank.
