Led optics

I bought these LEDs which have 90 degree optics off someone to put on my 75 build. We'll as you can see there are a lot of optics missing. He gave me a bag of them.

Now my question is do I need to put all the optics I have on and in so what should I use to attach them

Unless your tank is very tall (over 24") then I would remove all of them.

Really not the answer I was expecting. Yeah it's just a 75 standard so I believe that's 21" tall

Just out of curiosity why? Does it make the lights to intense

They just aren't needed. Optics multiply the light by focusing it down, but you have enough oomph in that to forgo them and still have good intensity (while also having more spread, which is best for growing corals).
