So i've been running LEDZEAL lights for a little over a year now. Unfortunately prices aren't listed on their site, but I have both the A120's, Malibu S, and just ordered the new Zeus. The app control isn't as advanced as AI or Ecotech but it's easy enough to use and once you set it you can save the program and then mess around and just revert at any time so no big deal. It ramps up and down and my god the lights are bright. The most light I have on my tank is like 45% but I have alot of softies and LPS. Anyways here are some pics of my system with the Malibu S200

How much was the Malibu S200?

The light itself was about $250. The wifi controller was another $55. So $305... Problem is shipping. Thats $120 from China... So all in all the light itself is...... $425.

But still for the ability to cover a 4 foot tank by 2 foot wide with one fixture, full programmability, ramping, lightning (it's a bit fake but whatever), etc. it's a dang good deal in my mind. I love it and I love that for $425 I have everything anyone with a Radion or AI has for literally 1/4 the price. Light has been strong for 1 years and 4 months now. Had a problem with one light, they send me replacement part no question asked. LEDZEAL is not a crappy company, they stand by their product... Just sucks the website needs to be more polished and an online order feature with cheaper shipping and it would really be something.

Here are 2 images of the app for the phone.

Channel 1 : 470nm Blue

Channel 2 : 12000K cool white

Channel 3 : 470nm Blue + 410nm violet

Channel 4 : 450nm Royal Blue+ 510nm Green+ 630nm Red

You can customize this to your desire as well with either 60, 90, or 120 degree optics which I thought was really nice. With everyone else what you see is what you get. With LEDZEAL if you want no red/green they will remove them and put something else there for you... and it's either free or at a very small upcharge. That right there in my mind is freaking awesome.

As for the app though... all the lights ramp up and ramp down. You can control like 8 different time settings per LED channel which honestly is more than enough. My main display transitions real nicely throughout the day.

I’m not into all the bells and whistles. Just want a light (or two) that will cover my 8’ tank and grow my corals. What’s the website?

I don't get the point of a Kessil style footprint with regular LED layout? Its like taking a rectangular panel light and taking a cookie cutter to it.

The rectangular models have the same led layout (round). I choose the tin can model exactly because of the small foot print.
I can also add another tin can if i upgrade to a larger tank, so they're more versatile than the rectangular style.

I would like to know if these LedZeal lights are Neptune Apex controllable via the variable speed ports? At least in the Alpha model I seems to mee that there are 2 connectors on the top that look familiar. Like the ones on the Kessils. Are they?

I was considering making my own led light fixture again, but decided I wanted the controllability that comes with buying lights off the shelf.

I found these online, liked the look of them, but couldn't find any reviews as I believe they are a very new model.

Anyone here have any experience with them?

cheers

Completely different light. We actually brought these in a while back before we released the Photon V2. We considered carrying them but decided not to- PAR was the biggest factor, they were very lacking in terms of light output. I am not sure if that has changed.

Thank you i plan to replace my 4 wifi black box lights at the end of the year. As of now your v2+ are the way i am leaning. I have 2 zetlight 6800a fixtures one on my refugeum and one on my coral qt. Good lights, i just dont like the big white puck sam as the maxspect. I figure those are hot spots.
