$19.99 I would like to get but I have 7 wrasses in my Display. I think I have a wrasse addiction problem. Lol
WOW Salgado has the cheapest one I've ever seen and it's 160. NY aquatics has one for 250. Buy that wrasse!!!

After 1 week in my tank this female wrasse colored up so much. It is quite clear that she is a C. rubripinnis

Can someone id this guy? Ordered from wholesaler and didn’t get what was ordered. Just wondering what it is and if reef safe?

Again, how much would it sell for? I've been looking for one for over a year. I hear they are normally under $50, but I have never seen one in person.

Any idea if this just a juvenile lined tamarin or something else?

@evolved,
This is your picture. Which species is this female wrasse? C. rubripinnis ?

Thanks. I figured. I just couldn’t find a pic of a small one before the pattern change.
It's actually just past the true juvi stage:

It's probably filamentosus, but I'd need to see the fins to be 100% certain.

Thank you Hunter, I saw what I thought were a handful of long filaments at the LFS when I purchased, and when I saw them it was quite quick, but have never had a good look since.

How about this one? Was sold as “fairy wrasses” because RT hats how he bought it and wholesaler didn’t know what it was

Pic isn’t all that great I know. Greenish/black body, yellow up near the head, and pink underneath.

Bottom anal fin is pink/red in the middle, with the dark body color outline
