If you mean the green ones with the blue belly and stripedy head, no, they are not reef-safe. They can also be quite aggressive. I do believe they sleep in the sand, as well.

Hello, do you know how to tell a male and female Lunar Wrasse apart, also it doesn't dig/borrow?

Thalassoma lunare, correct?

Females are somewhat duller, and typically do not exhibit the yellow coloration in the tail.

But the Thalassoma genus does indeed dig/borrow. They also loves inverts. And the lunare species is typically pretty nasty in temperament once mature. Not something I'd consider for a reef tank.

I missed the picture before, but I would have to agree with you. Looks like she is small enough to fit through the openings in the acclimation box too!

I can pick up on your hints by now Hunter ;) By you stating where it was purchased, it gave it all away :) I was just agreeing as an impartial onlooker. Looks to be the same size as my female, about 1.5". Mine fit through the bottom openings of the inside box of my "regular size" Reef Gently acclimate box. I am certain she could fit through my 1/4" mesh top on my 125 :/ The 46BF she is in now is 100% sealed up though.

I think it is just the photo. AFAIK, they don't have any green to speak of. They do have some nice blue highlights at the edges of the dorsal, anal, and caudal fins. Here are a couple pics from mine, which is from Vanuatu:
