Let Me ID Your Wrasse!

I need help identifying what type of fairy wrasse this is and if it is male or female.

I caught this little guy while fishing if you want a challenge :p I was talking to the guys in Greece and they said it's actually pretty common to keep this species in home aquaria there. However, I've never seen it kept in the states.

Yes! Thank you! I knew I had seen it before and was something of a juvi coloration, but my brain was failing me at the moment.

Probably.
But definitely not with any other Cirrhilabrus or Paracheilinus.

The juvi coloration will morph into the adult coloration as it matures.
