LFS lost most of this coral, my guess is it didn't have a strong enough light. Anyone know what it is?

It's a Trachyphyllia. With some care and feedings it should color up nicely.

Make sure you dont have any opportunistic feeders in your tank or that baby is as good as gone. It looks like that is what happened to most of it fyi...

Mysis would be a good start. Make sure it can fit an entire piece.

Shrimp mainly. Urchin shouldn't be a problem - I think... Hermits should be fine. Emerald might be a problem id remove it to be safe. Tachys are expensive

At night put a spot light on and aim it on the coral. Watch it like a hawk to see what happens. Chances are it is being eaten at least thats what it looks like. If the coral readily accepts foods and you don't have any opportunistic feeders then it should start growing again. Where you see skeleton nothing will grow back.

You could but id wait till the coral is not stressed... Right now with 80% tissue missing and a wide open mouth id say this corals future looks grim. It is going to take a lot of delicate care and good husbandry to bring it back. In the long run its worth it imo. That coral is easily a $75-150 coral at a LFS.
