lighing cycle?

I am running 6 54 watt t5s on a 120 reef with mostly lps and zoas. i am looking for the best actinic to daylight timing. i currently have the actinics coming on 30 min before and turning off 30 min after. the daylights are on for 8 hours. any thoughts?

I do the same using MH lighting vho atinic. It seems to work well.
