Light recommendation please

I have 2 AI Prime 16HD lights on my IM 25-gallon lagoon. Unfortunately the lenses have melted. Apparently, a common problem with this light.
I'm looking for a recommendation for a good replacement for a tank this size. 24x16x12 deep

IMO a 100 watt nicrew would work well.

Have you contacted AI regarding this issue. It typically will have no problem taking care of you.

New lens are like $5. I have extras if needed. Don't run any channel above 100%. Above 100% results in lens melting.
I ran first 4 settings at 100% and the rest 50% with no visible melting.

I did read once some one was offering a high intensity lens for the lights but I don't have the info. I for sure wouldn't scrap the lights.

The company is Luxdium.
They are $99 and you get 3 options on color I think.
This replaces the entire led cluster.
Just found that they do have them now.

Check the above site. They have performance lens for the 16hd @ $20.
Much better than the ai and they won't melt.

You were correct! After a few emails new lenses are in the mail! Great customer service!
