Light setting for hammer/frogspawn

I have 2 AI hydra 32’s and am introducing a hammer and frogspawn... they require low to moderate lighting from what I’m discovering and just wondering if anyone else here has the same lights and if so, what light setting has worked best for the hammers?

I use ai primes. Have them set a slightly modified ab+ Schedule. My hammer and torch are at about 230-250 par. I did bleach my torch when i first got it so moved to 80par under a rock and slowly brought up to its current home over 3 months. Previously had a frogspawn at 350 par.

Give them time and they can pretty much accustom themselves to any light ime. There is probably a low they cant grow in. Flow imo is where it matters more. High light will need higher flow.
