Thats a million dollar question. Ab is a good starting point. Some like it bluer and some whiter.

I personally run ab+ (2 xr15s gen5 blue on 36" 60 gal tank) and LPS corals are very happy. I run them at 50% power, and plan to gradually ramp up to 60-65%. I like the look and corals are happy so ab+ is good for me.
