Light tor macro algae

Is this light good for macro algae, or is it yoo intense? It is 9000-11000K. If it's not good, can you guys recommend a similar one, that clips on to the tank?

for the same price, this one works great. I've used this one for a year now and it is amazing and grows cheato like crazy
