i have a 60”x18”x24” deep tank. I currently have 2 Hydra 36’s on it, but am adding the Aquatic Life T5 Hybrid this weekend. For the T5, I’m using 2 blue+ and 2 actinic ATI bulbs. Obviously I’m going to have to turn the leds down.
Does anyone have a similar setup? I’m SPS dominant and looking for better coral color.....all opinions welcome! Thanks

I'm running the same but I have a kessil ap700. I let the t5s handle the blue and UV spectrum and have my kessil turn up to about 50% color which adds more whites.

That's what I did on my previous tank. It looked amazing and I had some awesome acro growth and colors

Daylight for true color rendition in the coral. Blue to your taste for Illumination.

6500k T5 bulbs would render more color... bad of illumination. True Actinic can also render some color better than B+. I would run a 6500k and a True Actinic on each side.

Well I got the light kinda up....I have to figure a different way to mount it. I had bought ATI blue+ and ATI actinics. I’m just hoping someone who is using the Hydra 26 will chime in with led settings.

Looking for better coloration? I think you're doing quite well! Of course UV, violet and blue light will make the corals fluoresce. Some green/yellow-green will help with some of red non-fluorescent chromoproteins.
