Lighting for 24x12x10" tank

I just picked up a new tank with the plans to do a (relatively) low tech softie setup. Idea would be three islands, one with GSP, one with Zoas and one with mushrooms and a leather and I'm curious to hear what I should light this with.

I've got an old AI 16 I could use but I'm not sure if it'd be enough. How would you light this tank?
