I have this on my 37 gallon tank, 20 gallon refugium, chiller, ato, gfo reactor, bubble magus curve 7, coralife uv 9 watt tank, hob overflow box, and soon calcium reactor(I have all the parts and will be put in soon). i have a few SPS corals and they are doing good. mainly I have soft corals, toadstool, gongorians, a sponge, and 25 pounds of live rock(soon going to be changing this to pukani that I am curing right now). I have Seahorses in the tank 3 females and one male. everything is doing good and happy besides one side of my sour apple sps coral. I was wondering the light combination I would want to use for the corals. I know sps need higher light and i only have 2.5 watts per gallon. i have 2 10k, 1 420/460 Lamps and 1 purple that came with the light, this is the light I am using
AquaticLife 30 Inch 4x24 Watt T5 HO Light Fixture W/ 2 Lunar LEDs
. Would I want to go up to 12 or 14k to make the sps do even better or would that hurt them. any suggestions would be great. before I had the current marine pro orbit on the tank and the corals were not happy. they are much happier now but I want them to do amazing. also, i have a wavemaker in there that def moves the water and I am not to sure the placement of it. any help would be great.

First and foremost, welcome to R2R... even though you've been a member for a couple of years. Sorry buddy, I can't advise you about the lighting. But I think the contrast of the LEDs look really nice in contrast with the corals! ;)

Try changing the bulbs out to ATI bulbs is where I would start. The Aquatic Life fixtures aren't bad but their bulbs are not that great
do this over time. go ati. one every three months. that color combo is fine. 10k + blue + purple is 16 to 20 k
Id put the orbit back on too just to get the am ramp and purple and the night time ramp down and pop
