Hello,

I am currently running two hipargero 30w on my 40 gallon and it’s keeping corals alive / slowly growing. However , I now have a couple of BTAs and would like to upgrade or supplement the two hipargero. Any light recommendations? I am trying to stay under 300$ thank you

U can usually find ocean revive t247B’s close to 300 bucks for two of them. Have them on my 40 breeder

@Erin O I think this may interest you and I'm following as well.

I would consider a couple of T5s. Run them with my radions and really like them.

That is a great idea for a DIY if you build yourself a canopy mount the hypergrown and add 2 T5 Bulbs.

Look at Orphek light bars.
I just got one of the new OR3 blue plus to supplement my halides and they put out some light.
A blue plus and a reef day plus is all you would need and fits your budget.
Top of the line, imo, and im a halide guy.
