Hello.Help Please ! Will a 20000k T8 26 watt. 36 inch bulb be able to grow make algae in a display 54 bowfront aquarium ? Thank you.

I also have this light that I can run.wondering if between the 2 or If there is a better bulb please advise. Trying to help my son set up a tank that will keep the macro algae he wants to plant alive .. Doing a planted macro algae, live rock, and a couple fish for now.... Any help would be greatly appreciated. This seems like an awesome site. Just trying to crawl before we can walk.
