I am having a 60x18x24 custom tank built. I will mainly be housing LPS and Softies with some very easy encrusting corals. I was thinking of going with 3 G6 pro XR15's. Would this be enough? Any other recomendations to consider.

Many of the sticky threads have good information. If the tank is 18 wide, 24 tall (and not the other way around), these lights should be fine.

I have a 200 gallon peninsula 72” long that I started with 3 g6 blue lights and fantastic for LPS tank. 240 par on top of rocks and 190 on sand fantastic spread on the g6.

I ended up adding 2 g4 pros with the other lights set at 60% intensity to get about 430 par on top of rocks for acros and now my tank is a mixed reef.
