Lighting timing

Hello I just bought a new light with day and night mode. Wondering how long I can leave it on and for it to be okay? Was wondering if leaving the day mode on while light out and night mode when dark out is okay or will 24 hours of the light being on not be good? Thank you

Hey mate can u help me with my

nano lights i hace daylight and moonlight setting thats it too. Heres some stats.

I do my light from 10 am to 10 pm. I have them ramp up throughout the day and peak at 60% for 5 hours.
